Job Description
- Meet with new clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for their kitchen design projects.
- Provide detailed briefings on our services, including design options, materials, and pricing.
- Conduct presentations and consultations to effectively communicate our value proposition and design expertise
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Oversee client projects from the point of sale through to completion, coordinating with design and installation teams.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage client expectations and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- knowledge of MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Fast learner and passion for sales.
- Hands-on experience with Kitchendraw software is a huge plus.
- A thorough understanding of negotiating techniques is a plus.
- software training is included in the probation period.
